Recipe: PROTEIN PIZZA

Both of my children's first words were "Pizza." I'll never forget the - just kidding, you're here for a recipe, not a life story.
PROTEIN PIZZA

69g Protein

INGREDIENTS
-100g Self Rising Flour (You can use regular flour, just add 1.5g of baking soda)
-7g Nutritional Yeast
-120g Plain Greek Yogurt
-2 Cheese Sticks (Reduced Fat)
-60g Mozzarella Cheese (Fat Free)
-30g Pizza Sauce
-12 Slices Turkey Pepperonis
-Garlic
-Salt
-Italian Seasoning
-Olive Oil
STEPS
1. Mix flour, yeast, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and a splash of olive oil in a bowl until ingredients are combined.

2. Add greek yogurt to the party. Mix it all in there.

3. Roll everything into a dough ball. If you're having trouble collecting everything, when you have a ball formed, rip it in half to reveal the sticky inside to pick up the rest.
4. Spread some flour on parchment paper and drop the ball. Use a rolling pin to get it as thin as possible.


5. Cut up cheese sticks and put them around the outside to create the stuffed crust. I find it helps to cut them vertically first so that they cover more evenly.
6. Roll the edges of the dough over the cheese.


7. Spray the dough with cooking oil. Leave it as is or brush the oil over the dough for an even distribution.
8. BAKE the dough at 450F for 10 minutes.
9 Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
10. Sprinkle cheese on top.
11. Add pepperonis or toppings of choice.
12. BROIL 5-6 minutes.
Now you have a pizza. Do with it what you will. I added Parmesan, Chili Flakes, and Italian Seasoning.
